To Specialize in the daily operations of Die activities also will be responsible for inspection and following to die construction ref CEER standards, ensuring the development of die construction to produce a capable and quality die and product.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Responsible for validation, implementing, and documenting the construction work carried out to ensure the good condition of the die.
 - Perform Root Cause Analysis in different failure modes in the tools.
 - Implement the modifications to the tools and tasks resulting from the analysis of formability.
 - Execution of engineering changes and improvements in the tools.
 - Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safe procedures and practices.
 - Supervise the work order system, including capturing and printing work orders in the Work Order (SAP) system,
 - Supervise the use of cranes, machines, and basic tools to transport dies to Line Workshop daily.
 - Provide support to the production lines in the different problems of the dies to reduce downtime and increase availability.
 - Monitor die and process parameters, responsible for reporting and collecting real findings this to be the standard for decision making.
 - Supervise process and Drawing-Piece / PLANO–PIEZA, simulation, and correction documents for complex pieces.
 - Foresee possible eventualities and add solutions in the design phase (meeting for AMFE, method-plan validity.)
 - Evaluate the viability of defined processes and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
 - Optimize technologies in the DIE TOOLING FIELD and evaluate the facilities and cost-benefit relation in the use of new tools and suggest its incorporation.
 - Prepare a tool selection and parameters to be used (i.e. press, drilling) to ensure the quality and productivity of the WORK-PIECE / TAREA-PIEZA
 - Specialize in die try-out and making dimensional corrections & improvements to form, trim, and pierce dies working to attribute check fixture & CMM layouts & capability studies.
 
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
