Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design for complex, large scale application systems and multi-product ecosystems

Translate business requirements into robust, future-proof architecture blueprints that prioritize scalability, performance, and maintainability

Anticipate future product and scaling needs, integrating them into today’s architecture decisions

Ensure solutions align with cloud best practices, microservices principles, and security compliance standards

Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines during implementation

Perform architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability needs

Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for optimal delivery

Design and oversee integrations with APIs, third-party services, and existing platforms

Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture patterns and implementation approaches

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in solutions architecture or similar leadership roles

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, API architecture, database optimizations and distributed systems

Proven experience with enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design

Deep understanding of security protocols, compliance, and performance optimization

Personal Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse groups
