Conduct monthly sales meetings to report on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection. Reporting :
Prepare plans and reports accurately and promptly. Team Management :
Adhere to and implement company rules, policies, and standards within the team. Customer Development :
Develop relationships with OEMs (Furniture manufacturers) and support distributors for small orders. Networking :
Maintain a strong network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs. Qualifications : Minimum B-Tech, MBA preferred. Experience : At least 8 years in Sales Management. Experience in Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware preferred. Preferred : Saudi / GCC driving license. At least 4 years of experience in Riyadh. Must be based in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently, ability to sell the brand, and increase market share. Must possess a strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, be results-oriented and accountable. Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
