Role Summary

The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and deliver highly qualified candidates for technical roles across software engineering, data, product, and AI functions. This is a commission-only position ideal for experienced recruiters who excel in independent, results-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI / ML Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Product, and Cybersecurity.
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Track candidate activity in ATS / CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Ultimate Peaks team to ensure timely delivery and quality of hires.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting in Software Engineering, Data, AI / ML, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with GCC hiring practices and local employment trends.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and tech communities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Requirements

  • 1-5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and engineering stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Cloud, AI / ML tools).
  • Proven ability to source and close high-quality candidates.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Based in KSA or familiar with the GCC talent market.
