Overview

Mechanic Technician. The Certified Mechanical Service technician shall execute a variety of tasks in support of Patriot MEI Deep Maintenance (DM) activities, supports enhancements and fixes for RSADF systems features, and provides technical assistance to existing customer employees covered under the currently approved TAA. Work location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

Aid in disassembly, re-assembly, repair work and / or assessment of electrical and mechanical systems, framework, and individual computer boards. Perform a wide range of technical tasks on behalf of DM procedures, related engineering, quality assurance, calibration, production / test environment, and field operations. Test, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of electromechanical and mechanical equipment, computer systems, laboratory tools and / or instruments. Manage customer and company property; perform related monitoring and control. Execute troubleshooting, examination and fault isolation of mechanical parts. Competent in operating test consoles and test tools. Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) programs. Follow safety policies, procedures, and standards. Provide support and technical assistance when required. Perform evaluations of test devices and mechanical parts. Perform other related duties as needed or directed by the section supervisor. Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair work, testing, and checkout. Experience in reading and understanding mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. General understanding of maintenance workshop procedures. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Education : HS Diploma or AA / AS level (or other 2-year post-secondary training). Fundamental understanding of electric and mechanical systems, frameworks, and computer boards. Ability to follow standard job regimens and criteria via on-the-job training (OJT). Note : This position requires a Saudi national eligible to obtain any required export permissions.
