Job Purpose : To manage and maintain the organization’s network and communication systems at the highest standards, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all projects related to networks and communications.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, security, and communication systems.
• Periodically review network and communication designs and report findings.
• Ensure high availability of services in line with industry standards.
• Support the system administration team and act as part of Level 2 support.
• Lead all digital initiatives related to connectivity and communication.
• Manage and maintain CCTV projects, telephony systems, and conferencing solutions.
• Administer and safeguard network and communication assets.
• Monitor operations and provide regular reports on activities.
• Provide training and coaching to Level 1 support staff.
• Ensure projects are implemented within allocated budgets.
• Develop user manuals, documentation, and technical standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
