The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven B2B Partnerships Lead to unlock new growth channels beyond direct-to-consumer. Your mission is to help us show real traction from B2B2C channels within the next 6 months - with a clear path to revenue generation and investor-ready validation.
You’ll be our first hire dedicated to partnerships and business development. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CEO and senior team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & prioritize high-impact B2B opportunities, such as : Obesity clinics, private hospitals, or physician networks. E-pharmacies and fulfillment providers. Insurance companies or large employers. Marketplace product partners (labs, wearables, supplements)
- Develop and own the B2B strategy from lead generation to signed deals
- Launch and scale pilot programs with partners - from design to activation
- Create monetization models (rev-share, SaaS, licensing, bundles)
- Track KPIs and revenue to demonstrate traction for future fundraising
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, content, and medical teams to deliver on partner commitments
- Build our internal playbooks, pricing templates, and partner materials
What Success Looks Like In 6 Months
Signed 3-5 pilot or revenue-generating B2B partnershipsEarly revenue and / or user acquisition through at least one channelMarketplace monetization partners onboarded with live offersClear, investor-ready narrative about our B2B potentialRequirements
