Senior Accountant
to manage

functions, with a specific focus on transactions involving
related parties and affiliate companies . The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities : Process and record government payments. Review supporting documents for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained. Coordinate with procurement and operations to resolve discrepancies. Issue invoices to affiliate companies and ensure timely collection of dues. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Handle receipt allocations and ensure accurate application against invoices. Maintain strong communication with related entities to resolve disputes. Reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly / quarterly basis. Reconcile accrual balances and resolve supplier discrepancies. Prepare intercompany confirmations and ensure matching balances. Assist in preparing supporting schedules for audit and compliance requirements. Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and transfer pricing rules. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA is a plus). Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially regarding related party disclosures. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Seniority level
