ESL Teacher

Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers for every student, even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can achieve this by blending AI, peer-to-peer learning, and carefully designed physical spaces. We are seeking an ESL Teacher with the following skills : Education :

Masters in TEFL or TESOL, Cambridge certifications such as CETLA or DELTA (preferred). Certifications in online teaching, hybrid models, classroom management, and engagement strategies (preferred). Time Zone :

Available in the Saudi Time Zone to teach classes (8 : 30-11 : 30 am GMT) and provide feedback (12 : 00-2 : 00 pm GMT). Support Noon’s ESL strategy by preparing and delivering engaging hybrid lessons to high standards. Be punctual, prepare, and upload materials before lessons, incorporating feedback. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to various competency levels and learning styles. Personalize learning using technology-based tools, including AI applications with monitoring dashboards. Develop mechanisms to monitor progress, provide feedback, and promote learner autonomy. Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English courses and materials based on key metrics. Engage in research, professional development, and performance management to uphold teaching standards. Develop digital assessment tools to evaluate student baseline and progress. Show keenness to learn technical aspects of Noon’s platform and suggest improvements. Contract Type :
