Overview Job Opening : Service Engineer (Switchgear / RMU)

Reporting to : Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of switchgear & MV products.

Perform repairs, maintenance, and modifications in line with ABB standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction, prepare reports, maintain tools, and deliver on-site training.

Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service.

Prepare the tools and equipment that are related to the jobs on the to-do list.

Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition.

Promote HSE practices, train team members, and ensure safe equipment use.

Handle accurate documentation for compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

5+ years’ experience in switchgear, MV, Panels, Protection Relays, IEC 61850, SCADA

Strong in problem-solving, communication, planning, and customer service
