We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR system.
- Assist with onboarding processes and employee orientation.
- Support HR initiatives and company policies to enhance employee engagement.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees on HR-related issues.
