Cost Control Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead the cost control function across all company projects, ensuring they are completed on budget and within schedule. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities Cost Control Procedures

Develop, implement, and maintain robust cost control systems and procedures. Ensure cost control practices align with internal policies and industry standards.

Budget Management

Validate project budgets and monitor spending to ensure alignment with financial goals. Prepare detailed cost forecasts and financial reports to assess project performance.

Variance Analysis

Analyze budget vs. actual costs, investigate deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure cost accuracy and accountability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic project decisions.

Cost-Saving Initiatives

Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency. Implement and track cost-saving initiatives to optimize budget utilization.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify and assess financial risks across projects. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of

10 years' experience

in cost control, preferably within the

MEP contracting

industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Professional certification such as

CCP (Certified Cost Professional)

or

PMP (Project Management Professional)
