Sports Architect

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Sports Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of state-of-the-art sports facilities that meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design sports facilities, including stadiums, arenas, and training centers Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sports-specific standards Manage projects from initial concept through construction, overseeing budgets and timelines Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design-related issues Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports architecture and sustainable design Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Professional architecture license Minimum 15 years of experience in sports architecture or related field Proven track record in designing large-scale sports facilities Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles Thorough understanding of sports facility regulations and standards Excellent project management skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Experience working in the Middle East is preferred Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings Additional Information
