Job Summary

Launch Your Career in Manufacturing with Tetra Pak & HRDF

Are you a fresh graduate eager to gain real-world experience in factory operations Tetra Pak in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia is offering a six-month training program designed to equip young talents with practical skills and industry exposure.

This initiative aims to enhance your employability and competitiveness in the job market through hands-on training in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Program Details :

  • Education Requirement : Diploma
  • Duration : 6 months
  • Schedule : 6 days a week (Friday off) rotating shifts
  • Working Hours : 8 hours per day
  • Monthly Allowance : SAR 6000
  • GOSI & Medical Insurance : Not provided

Important Notes :

  • This program does not guarantee full-time employment upon completion.
  • However successful trainees will be given priority consideration for future full-time opportunities at Tetra Pak.

    هل أنت خريج جديد وتتطلع لاكتساب خبرة عملية في تشغيل المصانع تقدم شركة تترا باك بالتعاون مع صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف) برنامجا تدريبيا لمدة ستة أشهر يهدف إلى تزويد الكفاءات الشابة بالمهارات العملية والخبرة الميدانية في بيئة صناعية متطورة.

    يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تعزيز فرصك في سوق العمل وزيادة تنافسيتك من خلال تدريب عملي مكثف.

    تفاصيل البرنامج :

  • الشهادة المطلوبة : خريج دبلوم
  • المدة : 6 أشهر
  • الجدول : 6 أيام في الأسبوع (يوم الجمعة إجازة) بنظام المناوبات
  • ساعات العمل : 8 ساعات يوميا
  • المكافأة الشهرية : 6000 ريال سعودي
  • التأمين الطبي والتسجيل في التأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI) : غير متوفر

    • ملاحظات هامة :

  • البرنامج لا يضمن الحصول على وظيفة دائمة بعد الانتهاء منه.
  • ومع ذلك سيتم منح المتدربين الناجحين أولوية عند توفر وظائف دائمة في شركة تترا باك.
