Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, mining, and industrial sectors.

Achieve and exceed sales targets for equipment rentals.

Understand client needs and recommend tailored rental solutions.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

Prepare and submit quotations, rental agreements, and contracts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Follow up on payments and resolve client concerns promptly.

Requirements

4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment rental or construction equipment.

Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and its applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage field sales independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM software.

Familiarity with the local construction or industrial market.

Technical understanding of heavy equipment specifications and operations.
