Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month, and accommodation will be provided. Responsibilities : Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements Research and recommend vendors for various services such as catering, decorations, entertainment, etc. Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided as agreed upon Assist with selecting and booking venues for the ceremony and reception Advise clients on wedding etiquette and traditions Handle all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest list management Manage the budget and make sure all expenses stay within the agreed upon amount Coordinate with the photographer / videographer to ensure proper coverage of the event Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly Requirements : At least 2 years of experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning / coordination Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred Passion for weddings and keeping up-to-date with current trends in the industry If you are a creative problem-solver who loves working with people, we would love to have you join our team!
