Responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet customer requirements and are of the highest quality standards. Work closely with the production team to identify and correct any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and provide input to improve the process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans as per customer / AM standards.
  • Perform inspections and tests on products at various stages of the manufacturing process using various techniques including CMM inspection, scanning, and performing 3D compared to identify any defects or issues.
  • Review and analyse data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality issues and provide input to improve the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering team to ensure that product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure that all equipment and instruments used in the Inspection, Design, Manufacturing process are calibrated and maintained according to company standards.
  • Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Document and maintain records of all quality control activities

  • Strict adherence to the Company’s QHSE Standards
  • Operate strictly within the Company ISO Framework

    • Accountabilities

  • Maintain Inspections records with all defects data.
  • Weekly defect analysis reporting.
  • Corrective action closures and monitoring.

    • Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor of mechanical Engineering / or related field from a reputed university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality control role in a manufacturing environment, preferably reverse engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and techniques, including statistical process control and root cause analysis
  • Expert in inspection software’s, solid works, and simulation software’s.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable in material science is a plus.
  • Experience with CMM inspection, scanning, and performing 3D compare techniques.
  • Knowledge of international standards of 2d drawings, 3d printing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Self‑motivated, self‑starter and fast learner able to take direction from multiple sources.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced work environment with pressure and tight deadlines.
