Performs supervisory responsibilities by overseeing skilled mechanics and workers maintaining automobile and truck vehicles.

Ensure courteous and professional handling of the customer during the latter's visit to Bodyshop and prepare estimates that ensure Customer Retention and Profitability, and schedules and implements the smooth flow of general shop repairs and preventive maintenance workload for the physical plant and for other departments.

Responsibilities :

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
• Maintain the discipline of the service establishment, safe and clean reception area through strict adherence to company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
• Keep track of employees' attendance.
• Provide product / service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
• Ensure work procedures are complied with.
• Investigate and solve customer service complaints.
• Implement sales strategies based on the agreed target.
• Responsible for stock availability, order entry on system and financial approval.
• Responsible for developing our own portfolio to customers.
