JOB PURPOSE

BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

The Post Holder will be responsible for delivery of Leadership Development Directorate. This includes any classroom activities as well as practical course delivery, testing / marking, materials selection, preparation and development, syllabus development, implementation of courses and record keeping.

The Post Holder will be responsible for leading, controlling, planning and scheduling Leadership training programs.

The Post Holder is to collate, analyse and distribute Delegate performance results as required by the Chief Leadership Instructor (CLI).

The Post Holder will co‑ordinate with the CLI concerning all aspects of course administration and implementation.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Post Holder is responsible for :

• The day‑to‑day delivery of Leadership and associated training materials to Delegates / Trainees.
• The collation, analysis and distribution of Delegate / Trainee performance results as required by the CLI.
• Keeping up to date with mandatory training required to fulfil their duties.
• Reviewing Leadership performance through lesson observations.
• Selecting and developing appropriate course material to match Delegates / Trainees abilities and requirements.
• Providing regular updates to the CLI on training performance, Delegate / Trainee discipline and any other issues that require their assistance.
• Ensuring that all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all quality process documentation requirements are implemented and communicated to the Leadership team.
• The Post Holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.
• The Post Holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by their line manager, which aligns with Company business.
