ASST. DESIGNER - LANDSCAPING

Responsibilities

Oversee and implement landscaping project Direct leadership for the installation crew Be the “on site” contact for clients Assist with Project Management Coordinate work site and crew Spray lawns, trees and shrubs using unrestricted fertilizers and insecticides Plant grass, flowers, trees and shrubs Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth Respond to all reactive incidents within the specified service level agreements Remove debris from stairs and walk-ways, rakes leaf’s and mow lawns Water trees, shrubs and lawns and performs irrigation activities Operate large power lawn mowers, edger’s, hand tools and large vehicles associated with ground maintenance and landscaping activities Operate pick-up trucks, flat-rack trucks and dump trucks for hauling purposes and for trash and debris removal Perform minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required Assist in the maintenance of parking lots and other surfaces, including asphalt repairs and minor masonry or plastering work as required Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
