Role Description

This is a full‑time Sales Officer role located in Jeddah on‑site at Idaratech Platform – منصة إدارتك. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales activities on a day‑to‑day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills
• Experience in Channel Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
