Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SCADA Control Room Engineer with hands‑on experience in GE e‑terra suite (e‑terrascada, e‑terraplatform, e‑terrasource, etc.) to support the day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the SCADA system in a mission‑critical control room environment. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure operation of SCADA applications, network communication, and data accuracy across field devices and control centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor real‑time SCADA systems based on GE e‑terra products.
• Maintain SCADA database, RTU / IED point mappings, and real‑time data processing.
• Respond to and troubleshoot alarms, communication failures, and system anomalies.
• Interface with field teams for issue resolution, testing, and commissioning of new sites.
• Perform routine SCADA system health checks and performance tuning.
• Coordinate planned outages, upgrades, and patching in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for system expansions, upgrades, and cybersecurity measures.
