GDO Engineer

Overview

Role Purpose : Handle all site activities including maintenance and supervision. Responsibilities

Monitor machine performance via Xerox monitoring tools. Fix all machines malfunctions. Consumables management. Meet customer urgent needs. Support in machines connectivity to customer network. Deliver machines meter reading on time. Review & deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment. Assure maximum customer satisfaction level. Maintain and assure high service level for all machines to avoid unnecessary cost in spares and consumables. Immediate address for any consumables / spares bleeding. Education & Certifications

Engineering bachelor’s degree / equivalent degree. Required Experience

2-3 years’ experience.
