We are hiring on behalf of a client for an energetic and passionate Event Planner based in either Dubai , UAE, or Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Venue Selection : Identify and evaluate potential venues and suppliers, prepare destination comparisons, and provide pricing options for informed decision‑making.
- Event Planning : Design and organize events with close attention to program details, ensuring all elements align with time constraints and objectives.
- Budget Management : Track and manage event costs, ensuring expenses remain within budget and reports are accurate.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to understand event goals and develop comprehensive plans for seamless execution.
- Timeline Management : Create, develop, and monitor detailed event timelines to ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
- Travel Coordination : Oversee travel logistics, including flight analysis, confirmations, and travel manifests, to ensure smooth travel arrangements for all participants.
- Calendar Management : Maintain an up‑to‑date Events Calendar, ensuring all data is current and accessible.
- SharePoint Platform : Develop and manage the events SharePoint platform to streamline event coordination and communication.
Requirements
