Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of IT experience, ideally within residential compounds, hotels, or facility management. Strong understanding of LAN / WAN, servers, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Experience with CCTV, smart access, and building automation systems is a strong plus. Knowledge of POS systems, hospitality networks, or ERP integration preferred. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to oversee all technology systems across Saken’s residential compounds. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain the digital infrastructure that supports our residents, hospitality outlets, and administrative teams—ensuring connectivity, security, and seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and communication systems across compounds.
- Provide technical support to residents and staff for connectivity, devices, and software issues.
- Oversee and maintain CCTV, access control, intercoms, IPTV, and smart gate systems.
- Ensure reliable Wi‑Fi coverage and network performance in residential and operational areas.
- Manage POS systems, printers, and other technology supporting F&B and recreational facilities.
- Implement and monitor data security, firewalls, and backup protocols.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for IT-related installations and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation for all IT assets, system configurations, and maintenance records.
- Support future digital transformation projects across the compounds.
