Overview
Functions as Instructor for Aviation ESP course under the direction of the Aviation Institute Senior Training Manager. Responsible for performing duties as an ESP Instructor, conducting academic instruction and hands-on performance training and evaluations to ensure student proficiency and adherence to academic standards. Responsible for maintaining Individual Gradebook Folders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and revise all documents and unified training courses standards.
- Maintain grades, training and student records.
- Maintain and amend aviation ground equipment; train and keep equipment records.
- Monitors the students writing and listening skills, reading comprehension, and confidence in public speaking, identifying their learning challenges, evaluating their progress, and assessing their knowledge by conducting a series of tests and activities that would practice their capabilities.
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Knowledge of theoretical concepts, explaining and implementing technology orders and graphics, and mandatory charts
- Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
- Prepare students through realistic training scenarios.
- Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.Experience : Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.Possess a valid driver’s license and Passport.DD214 required for military experience.Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
