Construction Process Management : Convene multi‑party reviews involving design, construction, and suppliers; lead acceptance and documentation of critical materials and works; monitor main contractors and subcontractors' performance in real time, promptly rectifying issues; swiftly identify construction problems and propose corrective measures to ensure project stability.

• 5. Compliance Management : Lead construction and fire safety approval processes, securing essential permits including commencement authorisations;

6. Settlement Management : Rigorous review of as‑built drawings and settlement documentation; drive audit settlement procedures, monitor critical process milestones, and facilitate closed‑loop settlement completion.
