UX / UI Designer and Researcher Assistant Manager

The role holder is responsible for leading and managing UX / UI design and research initiatives , ensuring high-quality digital experiences that align with business strategy and user needs. This includes conducting user research, overseeing design processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing omni-channel interfaces for usability, accessibility, and performance. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Design and optimize intuitive user interfaces and end-to-end experiences across digital platforms.
• Lead the research, design, and implementation of UX / UI strategies across digital products and services.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business goals and user insights into comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes .
• Oversee the conversion of user stories and research findings into actionable design solutions.
• Manage and supervise cross-functional collaboration with IT, development, and business teams.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and accessibility standards .
