Responsibilities
- Coordinate with executive leadership on initiatives and projects across all affiliated companies.
- Prepare professional reports, decks, and updates for management.
- Track project timelines and ensure execution against plans.
- Travel to various company or project sites when needed.
- Analyze business and project data and support feasibility studies.
- Organize meetings and follow up on actions.
- Provide documentation and reporting support for operational and governance systems.
Qualifications
Academic Requirement :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.OR Diploma in Administrative Sciences from Institute of Public Administration (IPA) only.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.High flexibility and ability to work across multiple locations and functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Seniority level
