Job description

Manage ARDARA’s Marketing & Branding department effectively and efficiently by ensuring the development and deployment of appropriate marketing strategies, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Encourage creativity and innovation and create personal relations to increase awareness of ARDARA projects, promote, enhance, and protect the public image and reputation of ARDARA.

Job-Specific Accountabilities : Marketing & Branding

Manage research performed on customer trends and the identification of customer segments to tailor branding strategies, plans, and messages.

Lead the development of ARDARA’s corporate identity and branding strategy to ensure the organization as well as the destination are effectively and positively portrayed to the external environment.

Direct the definition of branding guidelines to cover ARDARA as an organization, as well as its projects and share with all relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to it.

Lead and manage campaigns for client acquisition programs across multiple channels to support sales and enhance the public image.

Measure the impact of marketing efforts on increasing customers and enhancing perception to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Outsourcing Management

Lead the selection of branding, advertising, and marketing agencies and monitor the implementation of service level agreements to meet plan requirements.

Work closely with marketing and advertising agencies to develop and deliver marketing and advertising content to ensure quality and brand alignment.

Creative Services

Lead the creative team of the organization, by directing innovative and creative designs and visuals for campaigns, activations, and other marketing activities.

Coordinate with the internal teams to understand their needs and direct the conceptualization of designs according to business and project needs and requirements.

Direct the development of all necessary graphic designs, illustrations, and conceptualization of ARDARA’s publications with external service providers in line with branding guidelines and standards.

Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative teams to come up with unique and tailored designs.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.

Experience :

14+ years of professional experience in Marketing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.

A proven track record of dynamic and successful marketing, promotional campaigns, and communication management.
