Instrumentation and Control Site Engineer

Instrumentation and Control Site Engineer Archirodon, with more than fifty years of experience as an international contractor in the EPC market, continues to create value for stakeholders by delivering complex EPC projects worldwide, maintaining high standards of performance. Archirodon is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Site Engineer for a project in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor on-site activities related to instrumentation and communication systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Oversee the proper installation of field instruments, control panels, switching systems, MCCs, equipment racks, cabling, and conduit routing, in line with approved project drawings and specifications.

Review and interpret engineering documents such as P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical manuals to support accurate installation and effective troubleshooting.

Coordinate and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including loop checks, instrument calibration, signal testing, and functional verification of control systems.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs), progress updates, red-lined drawings, and final as-built records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or a related discipline, approved by the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems for large power projects.

Fluency in the English language

Transferable Iqama preferred
