Product Manager

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will include driving product growth aligned with the company's goals. You will focus on delivering a great user experience for our products, collaborating closely with our cross-functional team, including other product specialists, field sales, and operations. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between Bayut and external parties, such as government agencies.

In this role, you will :

• Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, their preferences, pain points, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain expertise in our domestic and international competitor landscape and similar markets.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams within the organization.
• Lead a cross-functional team in designing, testing, delivering, and monitoring initiatives to achieve growth targets.
• Implement and enforce product usage SOPs within business teams.
• Coordinate with government agencies like REGA, ELM, etc., for technical collaboration and compliance.
