Business Development Manager (Social Camels)
We’re hiring Business Development Managers (Based in KSA) for Social Camels.
We’re looking for bilingual (Arabic–English) Business Development Managers with a strong agency background and proven experience in selling social media management, PR and influencer management services.
In this role, you’ll be driving new business for our social media, influencer, PR, and content production divisions — as well as other offerings under the wider 7awi Media Group.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a marketing, social media, PR, influencer management or communications agency
- Hands‑on experience managing or selling campaigns that drive results and impact
- Deep understanding of brand strength, reputation management, influencer collaborations, and virality
- Strong background in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or integrated digital campaigns
- Bilingual fluency (Arabic and English) — essential for engaging clients across the GCC (Kindly note that we are also open to exceptional candidates with a strong track record and relevant regional experience, even if they are non‑Arabic speakers.)
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, confident in pitching, presenting, and closing deals
- Proactive, target‑driven, and strategic in proposal and deck development
