Our client is looking for a Field & Digital Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and optimizing field marketing activities such as events, conferences, account-based marketing (ABM), and channel marketing strategies. In addition to developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative and data-driven off-line and on-line strategies. This role is based in Saudi Arabia .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans, coordinating with sales for account-based strategies and regional demand generation.
  • Manage planning and logistics for events, evaluating success through key metrics.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies in line with company objectives, oversee online presence, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Lead campaigns across various digital channels, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Integrate digital and field marketing efforts, creating engaging content and maintaining alignment with company headquarters.
  • Utilize analytics for campaign optimization, incorporating A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate across teams for cohesive marketing strategies and impactful material creation.
  • Monitor and analyze field and digital marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Efficiently manage budgets for marketing activities and events.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, digital marketing, events management, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful marketing events and conferences.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Spoken and Written Arabic and English fluency.
  • Experience in technology field is a plus.
  • Video editing and creative design skills are a major plus.
