About the location Soon to be a premier luxury beachside destination, The Red Sea project spans 200 km of coastline along the western coast of Saudi Arabia. The Four Seasons Resort will feature 149 rooms and suites with multiple dining outlets, meeting spaces, leisure facilities, and specialized experiences, designed with sustainable practices and conservation in mind.

About the role As an Accounts Payable Supervisor , you will oversee the accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices and payments. You’ll ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations while supporting strong vendor relationships and internal controls. This role is critical in managing the Resort’s expenses and maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounts payable operations, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments.
  • Ensure accurate coding and timely entry of invoices into the accounting system.
  • Monitor vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment runs and manage supplier inquiries.
  • Reconcile accounts payable balances and support month-end closing.
  • Maintain up-to-date files and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in Accounts Payable, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in hospitality or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
