Non-Inventory Receiver

Description The Non-Inventory Receiver will work as a team with other Amazon associates, buyers, and SPM to administer the flow of non-inventory goods including packaging materials, MRO supplies and other goods specified by SPM. Job functions include : PIT rider operation, off load and accurately put away non-inventory goods, stage product in work areas, organization of packaging supplies, maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies in FC, receive goods into Coupa system, data entry, research missing non-inventory shipments, assist with payment inquiries from A / P, and file keeping. Performs accurate shipping supplies cycle counts.

The NIR also performs accurate shipping supplies cycle counts and assures the delivery of such items to the appropriate locations within the FC. Submitting regular reports to SPM, SPOC and other teams. Reporting any issue to the SPM, SPOC team. Monitoring and leading team of associates in the FC and acting as a POC. Handling and leading Shipping Supplies initiatives / projects assigned by SPOC, SPM, or Category team (e.g. PassApp, Packaging materials quality testing…)

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

High school or equivalent

6+ months of inventory management experience

Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
