As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care. You will work closely with the medical team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Assist with medical procedures and surgeries as needed
Keep up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices in nursing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Valid nursing license and registration
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions
Proficient in medical record keeping and documentation
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
