Overview We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role you will need to hold an expert level of linguistics. You will have conversations in both Arabic and English with chatbots in order to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations in order to teach them what to say.
Responsibilities
Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Arabic
Detail-oriented
Demonstrated expertise in writing and grammar skills
A current, in progress, or completed Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
