Overview

Job Title : Industrial Skills Training Specialist / Safety Trainer

The Industrial Skills Training Specialist / Safety Trainer is responsible for delivering effective training programs focused on industrial skills and safety procedures within the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves hands-on training, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among employees. The specialist will apply technical expertise and safety knowledge to improve workforce skills and minimize workplace hazards.

Requirements

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science (e.g., Physics), or Vocational Education (for degree holders)
• High school diploma or equivalent (for non-degree holders)

Experience :

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the relevant Oil & Gas field (for degree holders)
• Minimum 11 years of hands-on experience in the relevant Oil & Gas field (for non-degree holders)

Certifications :

• Valid safety professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or NSC is required.

Language Skills :

• For non-native English speakers, preferred scores are :
• IELTS : 6.0 or
• TOEFL : IBT 60 / Paper-Based 498 / Computer-Based 171
