Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dammam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the logistics team to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales strategy development, and meeting sales targets. The position also involves representing the company at industry events and negotiating contracts. Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and freight management Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategies Proficiency in market research and analysis Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred Only experienced in Freight Forwarding please apply
