Aconex Document Controller & DMS Specialist

Advanced proficiency in Aconex (workflows, transmittals, mail, tasks, and document management). Strong understanding of document numbering systems, revision control, and project documentation standards. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy projects. Familiarity with other DMS platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SharePoint) is an added advantage.
