Supply Management Product Manager

Executive search / Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Lead the development and optimization of supplier management systems, including requirements research, business strategy analysis, product design, and project management.

Develop a deep understanding of international supply chain operations, supplier lifecycle management, and vendor reward and penalty mechanisms. Work closely with frontline teams to understand business models and drive results aligned with strategic goals.

Conduct best practice research and needs analysis to plan product roadmaps effectively.

Use data-driven insights to enhance product scalability, stability, and architecture efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.

Strong backend product architecture design skills and solid business thinking; good analytical ability with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a strong drive to deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in overseas markets, B-end (enterprise), merchant, or retail product management is a strong plus.
