Job Description

Job Summary :

The Quality Assurance / Safety / Health Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance within the organization. This role ensures compliance with international and local regulations, including ISO, HACCP, NEBOSH, and OSHA standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability across all operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor hotel quality assurance and environmental management programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of hotel operations (housekeeping, F&B, engineering, spa, etc.) to ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and environmental standards.
• Lead initiatives for green practices, waste management, energy efficiency, and eco‑friendly operations in alignment with international sustainability benchmarks (ISO 14001, LEED, Green Key, etc.).
• Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports, track non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to integrate sustainable practices across departments (e.g., energy‑saving equipment, water management, waste reduction).
• Support internal and external audit processes, certification renewals, and compliance inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Train employees on quality systems, food safety, occupational health & safety, and environmental sustainability standards.
• Monitor and analyze environmental performance indicators (energy, water, waste, carbon footprint) and recommend continuous improvement measures.
• Develop and maintain environmental policies and documentation required for certifications and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with international and local hospitality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, and government environmental regulations.
