Proven expertise in corporate governance and compliance, with practical experience in financial markets (Tadawul). Litigation experience and strong negotiation skills. Highly analytical and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and labor laws and government regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal activities and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Analyze legal risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
- Manage legal claims, case files, and represent the organization before judicial authorities.
- Ensuring the implementation of best practices in corporate governance and preparing periodic reports for the Board of Directors.
