As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding in Saudi Arabia with strong focus on sales, service, customer support, and logistics operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our Saudi operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing after-sales services, and overseeing logistics and customer service operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Oversee after-sales service, maintenance, and spare parts support.
- Manage logistics operations and compliance with Saudi regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop local teams.
- Report regularly to senior management in UAE headquarters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, or service management (firefighting, heavy equipment, or automotive industry preferred).Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory environment.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Fluency in English (Arabic language is an advantage).What We Offer
