Job Description :

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and high performance.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using modern data engineering tools and technologies, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms, for scalability.
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ingestion and processing to storage and access, optimizing performance and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists and analysts, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies and security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
