Cost Senior Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for projects

Prepare and maintain accurate project budgets

Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints

Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities

Collaborate with project teams to forecast and track costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management or related roles

Proven expertise in cost estimation, cost control, and contract management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in cost management software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Knowledge of project management principles and practices
