Strategy Section Manager

to join our team. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in Strategy development, Vision development, Strategic planning, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Work with different business units of the company to create their strategies and ensure their alignment with the overall corporate strategy. Set clear, measurable goals for market expansion, profitability, and operational efficiency. Develop a roadmap for short-term and long-term growth. Identify synergies with other business units or external partners. Benchmark performance against industry leaders. Develop the M&A strategy for corporate and business units. Recommend M&As to drive market entry, capability expansion, technology acquisition, or operational synergies. Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Manage multiple workstreams, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Work with BU leaders to implement strategic initiatives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market shifts. Communicate strategy effectively across teams. Drive cultural and operational changes needed for execution. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. Identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company's growth and propose appropriate strategies. Explore emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and automation for efficiency gains. Business Growth & Expansion

Identify new market opportunities, assess potential investments, and develop go-to-market strategies. Lead business case development for new initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Conduct preliminary feasibility studies for investment decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with departments such as finance, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Foster collaboration between different teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. Performance Monitoring

Develop and track KPIs, assess project outcomes, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and suggest refinements. Industry & Market Insights

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide business strategy. Conduct in-depth industry benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge. Develop and refine new business models that align with changing customer needs and technological advancements. Test and pilot innovative initiatives before scaling them. Analyze industry shifts to uncover innovation opportunities. Presentation & Reporting
