We are looking for a People Operations Associate to streamline processes, support our team, and ensure a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What you’ll do :

• Maintain Employee Records : Keep employee records up-to-date in the HR system (Cercli), ensuring accuracy of official documents such as contracts and certificates, and compliance with local regulations.
• Government Coordination : assisting in renewing or transferring Iqama procedures with Qiwa and Muqeem, and updating employee data in the HR platform and folder.
• Benefits and Insurance Administration : Support employee enrolment and Deletion in health insurance, track policy renewals, liaise with insurance providers, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
• Invoice and Expense Management : Record company invoices and expenses accurately, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal policies, and collaboration with finance team.
• Employee Engagement : Assist in organising internal events and initiatives to foster employee participation and strengthen company culture.
• Administrative Support : Prepare official letters, coordinate business travel (including hotel bookings and flights, visas), and ensure compliance with internal policies. Assist with office and employee needs, procurement, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees, including coordinating with IT to ensure devices are ready. Provide support for any additional administrative tasks as required.
• Recruitment Support : Assist the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating communications with candidates if it’s physical.
• Process Improvement : Suggest improvements for daily HR processes and assist in automating routine tasks using available systems.
