Role Overview

As a UX / UI Design Expert, you combine a deep understanding of user experience principles with a strong visual design sense to deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful interfaces.

You will play a key role in shaping digital products and ensuring that design decisions are driven by user insights, data, and business goals.

Missions & responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design activities from concept to delivery, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to identify needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Apply UX methodologies within both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Maintain a consistent and scalable design system, ensuring visual and functional coherence across projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
